Knit Compression Shorts
These stretchy shorts stop chafing, wick sweat, and they're designed with a ribbed hem to prevent hiking.
When bike shorts became cool (again) last summer, I lived in them. But I quickly realized that the thin, cotton ones I wore revealed too much, stretched out and hiked up, and thinned at the inner thighs. Naturally, Henning's version solves all of those problems. Our shorts are knit like a sweater, making them thicker and more forgiving. They are sewn with sustainable, sweat-wicking viscose and elastane, which gives them both a cooling and compression effect. Fit-wise, we sewed down the elastic waist so that it won't get twisted and we finished the legs with a ribbed hem in an effort to keep them in place and prevent hiking.
This garment is 3D-knit in New York City with Lenzing Ecovera yarn. Its contents are 72% viscose and 28% polyester. You can machine wash it on a cold cycle and lay it flat to dry or have it dry cleaned. As you see fit, you may use a steamer to spruce it up.
